Egg Rolls! I absolutely love them. But after discovering all of my allergies, egg rolls were one of those foods I could never have again. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Fast forward several years where I discovered one of my new favorites - Egg Roll in a Bowl!! Oh my goodness... it is so good! I love how it tastes exactly like an egg roll minus the fried outside.
