Why the FASTer Way?
After having four babies, my body was not what it used to be. Despite faithfully working out for 35-45 minutes each day and diligently consuming all my colored containers, I didn't see the weight loss I desired, and worse, my energy levels were low. I lost confidence in myself and didn’t even like looking in the mirror.
It was time to prioritize my health and make a change.
Since joining the FASTer Way, I’ve experienced freedom in my own journey and have made it my mission to help others in overcoming their health and wellness obstacles. Together, we are achieving our goals and embracing a simplified lifestyle we can sustain.
