onion, chopped

garlic cloves, minced

beef broth

shredded cabbage

cups
shredded carrots
2-3 carrots

gluten-free soy sauce
Instructions
Cook ground beef and onions until browned.
Add spices and beef broth. Stir well.
Add the cabbage and stir.
Cook stirring frequently until cabbage wilts.
Add carrots and cook until soft. (2-3 minutes)
Add soy sauce and stir.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
