Family, Scrapbooking, and MOPS in Muncie
It has been a full but fun week around here. How has yours been? Family, Scrapbooking, and MOPS in Muncie are just a few of my favorite things from these past couple weeks. Read on to see what my other favorites are.
Family
My sister and niece Annabelle came at the beginning of this month. It was so good to see them and catch up. Our kids play so well with their cousin and just love being with her. Beth and I enjoyed some sister time which was such a treat. I am so thankful they made the trip to see us.
Game Night
My friend Keri hosted game night at her home last Monday night. It was SO much fun! It was great to hang out with friends and meet new people too. We played the game called Guesstures. It was my first time playing. There are three cards with words on them. They are placed in slots and a timer starts. You have to describe the word to your teammates without using words before the card falls down. It was hard but so funny too! The evening was so refreshing and relaxing for me after a full weekend.
Β Coffee Creamer
I tried a new coffee creamer this past week. Oh my⦠it was yummy! One of my favorite ice cream flavors is Butter Pecan. So, when my friend mentioned this creamer, I knew I had to give it a try. If you love butter pecan, check out this creamer.
Scrapbooking
Twice a year I host a Scrapbook and Craft Weekend. The ladies are invited from Friday at 1:00 pm until Sunday at 3:00 pm. It is always a fun, relaxing and refreshing weekend! The setting never disappoints as it is right on the lake. These ladies are a special group of ladies and I love the time with them.
Β MOPS in Muncie
My friend and co-author Natalie was invited to speak at a MOPS group in Muncie, IN. She asked me to come along which was a blessing. Natalieβs talk was challenging and encouraging. I know the ladies there loved it! I enjoyed experiencing another MOPS group and meeting new people. The group gave away a few copies of our devotional When the Bases are Loaded. They also gave away the first book in Natalieβs fiction series which is called A Rescued Heart. (Check out the other books in her series too: A Rescued Hope, A Rescued Love, and A Rescued Life.Β It is a Romance Suspense series and itβs SO good!)
I hope you enjoyed reading about the five things I am grateful for this past couple of weeks. It was fun writing about it all. How about you?Β What are you grateful for this week? I would love to hear about your week. Please share in the comments below. Have a great weekend!
