Two Books and a Trampoline
It has been a full but fun week around here. How has your week been? Two Books, a Trampoline, and a New Walmart are just a few of my favorite things from this week. Read on to see what my other favorites are.
Trampoline
Last week, we received our trampoline in the mail. Our parents all went in together for the kidβs birthday gifts this year. We also added some of our kids Christmas money in. Oh my goodnessβ¦ this trampoline has been awesome! Our kids are having a blast! The kids have been out there as much as weather allows. What a blessing to have this trampoline. We are so grateful!

Fiction Book
This past week, I finished up a fiction book called The Butterfly and the Violin by Kristy Cambron. This book was absolutely amazing! The genre is Historical Fiction. The main characters are Sera James and Adele Von Bron. Sera is looking for a painting whose subject is Adele. The book shares the story of each of their lives. Again, itβs an incredible book! I highly recommend it!
Running
Running has been a passion of mine for a few years now. My running looks a lot different than it used to due to my head and nose pain. But, I am still so thankful I am able to run. I have slowed down my pace and this has helped decrease the head and nose pain while running. Each step is a gift!
Nonfiction Book
Proverbs 31 Ministries offers online Bible Studies. They are currently working through Me, Myself and Lies by Jennifer Rothschild. I am part of this study and it is rocking my world. In a good way of course but hard none the less. I am so thankful how God is calling me out and showing me the lies that need to be uprooted. Change is hard but so necessary. I am looking forward to reading more of this book!
New Walmart
There is a new Super Walmart in town. It is beautiful! Our kids love going there. One of the main reasons they love going there is because of the Tram. Walmart runs Trams throughout the day to take customers to the front of the new store. Β The old Walmart is currently being cleaned out before they take it down. Then there will be parking in front of the new Walmart. I think my kids might be disappointed when this happens since they love riding the Tram.
I hope you enjoyed reading about the five things I am grateful for this past couple of weeks. It was fun writing about it all. How about you?Β What are you grateful for this week? I would love to hear about your week. Please share in the comments below. Have a great weekend!
