My FASTer Way Story

“I really miss eating carbs!!” I shared with my husband Jonathan, frustration evident in my voice. “On this eating plan, I am always hungry. I want more food!” As I voiced my concerns to my husband that day, it became clear something needed to change. Despite faithfully working out for 35-45 minutes each day and diligently consuming all my colored containers, I wasn’t seeing the weight loss I desired, and worse, my energy levels were low. The constant hunger pains were a reminder that my body needed more. 

Realizing that I couldn’t continue down this path, Jonathan and I had a conversation about finding a solution. That’s when it hit me-I had already experienced success and fulfillment with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program back in 2019. However, due to budget constraints at the time, I had to step away from the program. But now, it was time to prioritize my health and make a change. I couldn’t keep living this way. It was time to regain food freedom and rekindle the energy I once had.  

FASTer Way to Fat Loss

In August of 2022, I joined FASTer Way to Fat Loss for a 6 week round. It felt so good to be back! Right away I started to feel more energy. My mindset about food and outlook on life started to change. 

Honestly, food had become an idol in my life. I would turn to it when I felt stressed and would eat things not good for me because I felt like I “deserved” it. After going through the 6 week round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, my relationship with food changed. I am now in control of what I eat instead of letting food control me. 

One of my favorite things about the FASTer Way is that it is not just another diet. FASTer Way is a sustainable lifestyle. We focus on eating whole foods. I love that I can eat more but still lose weight. I also love how we incorporate intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and strategic workouts. FASTer Way has truly changed my life. I became a FASTer Way Certified Coach to help others find freedom as well.
